Institutional Withdrawal

Students are advised to speak with their respective academic advisors or a student affairs representative before withdrawing from the Institute.  Voluntary withdrawals may be filed at any point within a semester.

To officially withdraw from the program, please complete the Institutional Withdrawal form and schedule an appointment with the Student Affairs Office.

Note that the Institute does not allow Leave of Absence. Students who intend to take a semester off from the program in either Fall or Spring semesters must file for institutional withdrawal.

Academic Withdrawal

The Registrar's Office reviews the academic progress of students at the end of each semester. Any student who fails to meet the conditions and minimum GPA required during the academic warning semester may be dismissed from the program.

Administrative Withdrawal

To maintain a matriculated status, students are required to register and attend the compulsory semesters, Fall and Spring, per academic year.

Non-registration during these mandatory semesters will result in administrative withdrawal. The Registrar's Office will notify students who have not registered within the class registration period.  If any student fails to register until the first day of the semester, the student will be issued with an administrative withdrawal letter.
